Business Office Skills is a free, 12-week full-time training program for women, offered in partnership with Centennial College and Neighbourhood Link Support Services, combining instructor-led training and hands-on experience in administrative and/or customer services positions. Participants complete a 100-hour work placement with partner agencies in the Toronto area. Upon completion, graduates receive transferable college credits and a certification from Centennial College.
Program sessions run from February to May, and September to December each year. TTC token are provided to qualified candidates.

- Build Skills: Learn current Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as business communication and customer service skills.

- Get Certified: Earn transferable college credits and a certificate from Centennial College.
- Find a Job: Learn how to write a resume and cover letter, ace an interview, and conduct a successful job search, while receiving job search support from a professional employment counsellor and job developer from Neighbourhood Link Support Services – plus, receive free, contemporary professional attire so you can look your best at your interviews!
